Get a cashout request by reference

Cash Out Reference Statuses

"NOT_COMPLETED": Something failed while creating the reference.
"PENDING": Reference is created and pending to be paid.
"CANCELLED": The reference is cancelled by user or system and cannot be used
"EXPIRED": The reference was expired without payment. Cannot be processed.
"SUCCESS": The reference was successfully paid.
